The AEU has a consultative committee for School Leader members who meet as needed for 1 hour at a time after school to discuss Union matters affecting this group. So far the group has developed a set of leadership review principles and endorsed guidelines on the publishing of school data. Topics for discussion have included the Principals' Leadership Agreement, school classification, SDR funding arrangements and the draft transfer policy.
