Financial Benefits
Membership of the AEU entitles you to purchase all sorts of goods and services from the Union Shopper at considerable discounted prices.Membership entitles you to join the Teachers Health Fund which also offers considerable savings on health fund rates. And if you are in need of legal advice you can consult the Unions designated legal firm in your area free of cost for the first initial consultation on any matter! There are many other financial benefits to members if they care to use them. It is possible to save the annual AEU membership subscription by offsetting it with these financial saving benefits!
All newly joining AEU members have three payment options – by direct debit, credit card or the issuing of regular invoices. (Please note that the option of receiving an invoice is not available for any period less than one full year.) All options are detailed on the Membership Application Form available from any AEU office or your AEU Workplace Representative.
