Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2011

The AEU is working with other public sector unions to negotiate a new Agreement for non teaching staff.  As you might be aware, the current Agreement expired on 8 March 2011 and the final structural salary increase of 2% was effective from the first full pay period commencing on or after 3 March 2011.

Negotiations with the employer have commenced and the AEU is participating in this process with other public sector union representatives. 

Regular updates will be sent to members to update you on the progress of these negotiations.  To date, the unions have outlined what we want out of this process and we are waiting on the government to provide their counter claim.
